SUP YOGA ONLINE TRAINING COURSE
SUP Yoga is the practice of yoga on a paddleboard in any body of water. SUP Yoga brings together the sport of stand-up paddleboarding from Hawaii with the ancient practice of yoga which has its roots in India. Practicing yoga on a paddleboard engages the core muscles and strengthens other muscles that wouldn’t be used while practicing on land because of the “give” in the water. This is one of the reasons why SUP Yoga is so much fun! This course is a great introduction to SUP Yoga and presents the core poses as well as fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical safety considerations.
